Technical support and related construction services
The exact scope of services for each project shall be defined in a separate written proposal, quotation, agreement, or contract.
4. No Automatic Engagement
Submitting an enquiry, request, form, email, message, or document through this website does not create a contractual relationship between you and AtoKey.
AtoKey is not obligated to accept any project, provide a quotation, begin work, reserve resources, or proceed with any service unless both parties have agreed in writing to the relevant scope, commercial terms, payment terms, and project conditions.
5. Quotations and Proposals
Any quotation, cost estimate, proposal, or timeline provided by AtoKey is based on the information available at the time of preparation. Such information may include drawings, site conditions, specifications, client requirements, authority requirements, supplier information, and other project data.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:
Quotations are indicative until formally approved.
Prices may change due to changes in scope, specifications, quantities, site conditions, market prices, exchange rates, supplier costs, logistics, authority requirements, or client instructions.
Timelines may change due to approvals, procurement, site readiness, weather, force majeure, third-party delays, authority procedures, or client decisions.
Any additional work, variation, rework, or change in scope may be subject to additional cost and time.
6. Client Responsibilities
For any project, the client may be required to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to drawings, measurements, site access, technical requirements, ownership or landlord approvals, authority approvals, utility information, design documentation, and project decisions.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all information provided to AtoKey is accurate, complete, and legally authorized for use.
AtoKey shall not be responsible for delays, additional costs, defects, or consequences resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, late, or misleading information provided by the client or third parties acting on behalf of the client.
7. Site Conditions and Technical Assumptions
Construction, renovation, fit-out, and joinery works may be affected by existing site conditions that are not visible or known at the time of quotation.
These may include, without limitation, hidden structural conditions, concealed MEP services, moisture, substrate conditions, uneven surfaces, undocumented previous works, access restrictions, authority requirements, or safety concerns.
Where such conditions are discovered, AtoKey reserves the right to revise the scope, timeline, methodology, and cost, subject to written agreement with the client.
8. Materials, Finishes, and Procurement
Materials, finishes, equipment, fixtures, fittings, and products are subject to availability, supplier lead times, technical suitability, market conditions, and price changes.
Samples, images, renders, catalogues, and digital references are for general guidance only. Final appearance may vary due to natural material characteristics, lighting, production batches, manufacturing tolerances, installation conditions, and screen display differences.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AtoKey is not responsible for supplier delays, discontinued products, stock shortages, manufacturer changes, or third-party defects beyond its reasonable control.
9. Permits, Approvals, and Authority Requirements
Permits, licenses, authority submissions, engineering approvals, landlord approvals, utility approvals, and other official requirements shall be handled as agreed in the project-specific contract or proposal.
Unless expressly included in writing, such approvals are not automatically included in AtoKey’s scope of services.
The client remains responsible for ensuring that the project is legally authorized to proceed, unless this responsibility has been specifically assigned to AtoKey in writing.
10. Payments
Payment terms, schedules, advance payments, progress payments, retention amounts, taxes, and any applicable charges shall be set out in the relevant proposal, quotation, invoice, or contract.
AtoKey may suspend, delay, or stop works in the event of late payment, non-payment, incomplete payment, or failure to comply with agreed commercial terms, subject to the conditions of the relevant agreement.
11. Changes, Variations, and Additional Works
Any change to the agreed scope, specifications, quantities, materials, drawings, design, schedule, access conditions, or execution method may be treated as a variation.
Variations may require additional time, cost, procurement, approvals, or resources. AtoKey may require written approval before proceeding with any variation or additional work.
12. Project Images and Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AtoKey may request permission to photograph or document completed works for internal records, portfolio, marketing, website, or presentation purposes.
